Managing Draft Process Authorization
The process management for the draft processes can be authorized to the selected group of users. You can grant permission for managing the draft process by other users. There are three types of permission levels:
- Global - All the users can access a draft process.
- Allow - Only specific users and groups can manage a draft process. This option permits the management of the permission to the selected users/groups.
- Denied - By default, this option is selected, and no users can manage the draft process.
To manage the permissions:
- Go to Processes > Repository
- For any process, click the
icon from the Action column. The Manage Authorization window is displayed.

- Choose the option Global to authorize all the users to manage the version.
- Choose the option Allow to authorize specific users or groups to manage the version.

- Click Add Permission, and then click Empty from the User/Groups column.
- The list of available user roles and user groups is displayed. Select a user or a group to authorize process version management.
- View Process permission is by default selected. Select Manage Version, and click Save.
The user or group is granted permission to manage the version of the process. You can grant permissions for more users and groups.
- To edit any permission, uncheck the permission, and click Save.
- To delete all the permissions, click the Delete icon from the Action column.
Note: You cannot assign permission to your user account.
